5. Visa Services Disclaimer

Elite Travel & Visa Services acts as a consultant and service provider. We do not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by government immigration authorities. Factors affecting approval include:

• Government policy changes
• Completeness and accuracy of submitted documents
• Individual circumstances and eligibility
• Security and background check results

We provide professional guidance to maximize approval chances, but cannot guarantee outcomes.

6. Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
