Our refund and cancellation policy for all services

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, eligible refunds apply to:

  • Services not rendered or canceled by Elite Travel & Visa Services
  • Duplicate charges due to billing errors
  • Services that do not meet agreed specifications
  • Payment processing errors

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Visa Processing Fees: Once a visa application is submitted to government authorities, processing fees are non-refundable regardless of approval or denial
  • Consultation Services: Professional consultation fees for advice and guidance
  • Airport Transfers: After service completion or within 24 hours of scheduled service
  • Chauffeur Services: After service has commenced or been initiated
  • Visa Rejection: No refund if visa is rejected due to client's incomplete or inaccurate information

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type:

Visa Services

  • Before Submission: Full refund if canceled before application is submitted to government authorities
  • After Submission: No refund; customer responsible for processing fees
  • Upon Visa Rejection: No refund of visa processing fees; Elite Travel may offer consultation credits

Airport Transfers

  • 7+ Days Before: Full refund minus administrative fee (5%)
  • 3-7 Days Before: 50% refund
  • Less Than 3 Days: No refund

Chauffeur Services

  • 14+ Days Before: Full refund
  • 7-14 Days Before: 75% refund
  • Less Than 7 Days: No refund

4. Visa Rejection and Re-application

In the event of visa rejection, the following applies:

  • Processing Fees: Visa processing fees are non-refundable
  • Reapplication: Clients may choose to reapply; additional processing fees apply
  • Consultation Credit: We offer a 20% discount on consultation fees for a second application attempt
  • Root Cause Analysis: Our team will analyze rejection reasons and provide guidance at no additional cost

5. Service Non-Delivery

If Elite Travel & Visa Services fails to deliver paid services due to our fault, customers are entitled to a full refund. This includes:

  • Failure to submit visa application as agreed
  • Missing airport transfer due to company error
  • Inability to provide paid chauffeur service

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, the following timeline applies:

  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-10 business days
  • Request Processing: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of original transaction

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank fees charged by payment processors are not refundable.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of transaction
  2. Provide your booking reference and detailed reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method

8. Special Circumstances

In cases of extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, government policy changes, flights cancellations, etc.), we will work with clients to find suitable alternatives or provide credit for future services. Refund eligibility will be evaluated individually.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a refund decision, you may escalate to our management team. Submit a formal complaint with supporting documentation. We commit to resolving disputes within 14 business days.
